Deposit Policy

Deposits made before the birth of puppies are refundable only if we are unable to fulfill your request from the specific litter for which the deposit was placed. In such cases, we will either refund the deposit or offer to transfer it to a future litter.  

Deposits made to reserve a puppy after they are born are non-refundable. This policy ensures that potential buyers are fully committed to the responsibility of bringing a puppy into their home. Once a deposit is made, it secures your chosen puppy and prevents us from offering that puppy to other potential buyers. Therefore, we cannot refund deposits once they are placed. We urge all potential buyers to be certain of their decision before making a deposit. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us prior to placing a deposit.
